FIRST COMMUNION practice and First Confessions will be held on Saturday , April 27 at 10:00 a.m. Students will receive their First Holy Communion on Sunday, April 28 at the 11:00 a.m. Mass.
DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY will be celebrated with a prayer service and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy recited on Sunday April 28 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Church. Confessions will be offered at this time. Please join us! According to revelations that our Lord made to St. Faustina, he promised to grant complete forgiveness of sins and punishment on the Feast of Mercy, if we should:
- Celebrate the Feast on the Sunday after Easter;
- Sincerely repent for all our sins;
- Place our complete trust in Jesus;
- Go to confession, preferably before that Sunday;
- Receive Holy Communion on the day of the Feast
- Venerate the image of The Divine Mercy
- Be merciful to others, through our actions, words, and prayers on their behalf.
